The Muse of Rubens
The story.
She is completely alone in a room.
She sits alone in a room ... She snoozes ... And she watches. At herself. At how he once painted her. Her first husband and her great love: Peter Paul Rubens. A painting meant only for her eyes because the outside world would never understand it. The outside world would only look at it and then immediately form an opinion. But no one would look further. No one would really see the painting. No one would see the story behind the painting and experience the love.
She is completely alone in a room: Helene Fourment. She snoozes. She talks. And she watches. And we listen. And watch with her. At her life. At her love. All captured by that world-famous artist on world-famous canvases.
